Calculators
Work out what the law says you are owed.
Four calculators that turn the statutory rules into plain numbers: how much notice you owe or are owed, the holiday you have earned, the sick pay you should receive, and the redundancy pay the law guarantees. Each one shows its working and links to the GOV.UK source it was checked against.

How the numbers work
The floor, not the ceiling
- 1Statutory minimums
Each calculator gives what the law guarantees. Your contract, a company scheme or a settlement can pay more.
- 2Working shown
Every result explains the arithmetic, so you can check it against your payslip or a solicitor’s figure.
- 3Sourced and dated
Rates link to GOV.UK and carry the date they took effect. Nothing you type leaves your browser.
The figures are the statutory minimums. They are the floor, not the ceiling. Contracts, company schemes and negotiated settlements can be more generous, and often are. Figures verified against GOV.UK on 1 October 2026.
